My poem is about the feelings you get when you are inside a cancer clinic. I have experienced this before and maybe you will have the same feelings as I did.

Cancer Clinic

In a very quiet, claustrophobic room

Ill people sit, sick and glum

In the clinic there is much gloom

All day people go and come

Never ever alone.

Hopefully cancer will end soon

 Mom sits there resting herself

The room has a very quiet tune

You can tell she doesn’t enjoy herself

Never ever alone.

She didn’t like to go ever

She couldn’t take it anymore

But now she will never

She didn’t like it anymore.

Haven’t been there in about a year

Hope to never have to go back

And will never have to shed another tear

Hopefully everything will follow its track

Never ever alone.
