This is a poem written from the point of view of a woman who loves a man so much. He has left her, but she refuses to believe he's gone for real.
Sigh....what infatuation can do to an individual...

Inhale-

But there's no single sign of you.

How much longer can I breathe

Without you?

Exhale-

Ah, there you are, in my mind.

How much longer will you stay

Without me?

Inhale-

Why aren't you here by my side?

How much longer will I live

Without you?

Exhale-

I don't want to know you're gone.

So how much longer will you stay here,

Without me?
