Hush,

It will all be over soon.

Hear the heavens sing their tune.

Promise I won't leave this room.

 

No,

These aren't tears, I don't cry.

There's just something in my eye.

Promise that it's not a lie.

 

Please,

Know that you can own my heart;

That you've had it from the start.

Promise we won't be apart.

 

Peace,

It will all just fade away,

There's no pain after today,

And my promises will stay.
