Let’s just say I’m not your average girl. I’m sporty and dramatic, flouncing around in the most random fashions and loving the feel of wind on my cheeks. My twin annoys the hell out of me and has a tendency to get me into trouble, but I love him as a flower loves sunlight. I surf by morning, go to school by day, and party by night, all the while keeping it a secret. Black hair, different coloured eyes, pale white skin, a lip piercing and all. I may have looked like the scary emo girl, especially when I picked on the guys in HPE, but I really couldn’t care less. So I have my life. A boyfriend that adores me, but gets jealous way too easily. Two best friends that are even more random than me. Six siblings including my twin brother, and two loving parents. I’m Olive Peterson, and sure, we may not be the richest family on the block, and maybe I can’t see two feet in front of me, but I’m happy. Then he came.

I had been raised in a tiny household with too many other voices to compete with, and before I knew it, my own voice had faded away into the background. I didn’t mind, I had grown used to it. But he changed it all, with the glint of blue like the morning sky, alighted with a rainbow of colours.

Lee is the bad boy, with his eyebrow, lip and tongue piercing, the beautifully custom motorbike and his shaggy black hair. He’s also a sucker for bets. A total player, he gets what he wants, and very rarely does he get any real friends. But now, he’s moved into this new town, next door to a freakishly large family and a gorgeous girl who appears to hate his guts at first. But as the silent persona slowly slips away and the beautiful, loud person beneath is revealed, he can’t help but want to lure her in. But it’s not as easy as he may have thought. She’s quick witted and sporty, more likely to lure him in than the other way round. And when he finds out her true identity, he can’t help but fall for her even more. The thing is, he doesn’t even realise he’s falling. To him, he’s earning.

Authors note: It's 'She'll never be what you expect...' I don't know why there is a / in there... I know I know! Another set of twins! But out of all my books, these are the only two with twins... I just had to post them both! XD
