This is something I was going to recite to my ex-boyfriend but I never had the nerve to do it.

I toss and turn in bed,
The pillow is wet from the tears I cried.
I’m so unhappy here,
Instead I wish I would’ve died.

Too weak to keep going,
I need your touch, I need your kiss.
My need for you is growing,
Even as a lie, I want you back.

I look towards the dark sky,
The stars and the moon beautifully shine.
I’m still thinking about you,
I’ll stop when my pillow is dry.
