This poetry is about persons who you call your friend and they actually isn't.

The world is big, but still there’s no one to be found
In the time off pain and distress.
The only thing you hear them say is I’m sorry
How is Sorry taking away the pain?
To me, it’s just a word with no true meaning or feeling,
Persons say the word sorry
And actually don’t have a clue of the real meaning behind of it
I always have friends, even though they don’t even have me.
Really, I now call them be-friends
Meaning that they are the same ones who will betray you sooner or later
They are the same ones who will leave you at the roadside.
It is funny how you’ll always be there for them
Even if it feels like the world is closing in
But it hurts deep inside to know that the word is big
But still there’s no one to be found.

You've done a really great job is showing your emotions and frustrations at your so-called "friends". Sometimes when you have or will find a really true friend, they can make the others easier to put up with.
