Written from a child's perpective. I wrote this to sort of make fun of what my mom loves, anatomy (she's a doctor), something I dont very much enjoy. This came to me as I was reading in my anatomy book, as you can probably see, the chapter was about skeletons. Enjoy!

Every person has a monster within them,

Whether its one or two or three,

It could be disguised as your character, which shows,

But I mean a monster that the eye can't see.

The bones that complete us could be said,

To be a work of art or a masterpiece,

But the way I see it, and how other kids might,

That big white stucture seems kind of scar-y.

A child might ask, "Mom, Dad, why do you argue about your 'skeletons in the closet',

When the thing is inside of me?!",

Maybe those doctors dont know anything,

Maybe we're all just make believe.
