In this particular poem, I incorporate some things from my personal life. I wrote this before I went off to college. I went to a military school, and made some mistakes, but now I'm going to college to leave the past behind.

He came along way from a material life,
with the possessions and the blessings of a civilian life.
To parade resting and stepping on the left, right, left, right, left, right.
Did some things he shouldn't have
still can't believe what he did to Zach.
So stupid, so foolish, but he keeps moving
in order to keep proving to the foolish that he can do it.
A year of blindness,
three years to find him.
Along with frustration and celebration, with a freakish imagination.
In the last days of his past days,
some things has to change before it fades away.
He's sees the malice,
and unintentionally grabs it,
hopes to throw it back and stabs it.
The new things he's learned,
his life begins to turn.
He sheds tears and hears the birds chirp.
And he's off to college, to gain to some new knowledge.
