Morning light,

transparent to the touch,

warms her lifted face,

casting shadows on the garden wall.

Here she waits, golden ringlets shining,

amoung the open blossems,

for his footstep to fall.

A rustling cape tells that

perfection draws near.

Her surrender comes at last,

tenderly filled with longing,

beneath his parted lips.

Eternity is in the promise,

sealed by a lover's kiss.
