The stillness of the night air

The stars, bright in the sky

The coolness of the wind against my skin

Soft noises in the distance as the silence of the night is broken.

A group of voices, the sound of revelry abundant to hear

The night is calling to them, as it calls to us

The hustle and bustle of the day is gone

The darkness wrapped around us

Feelings of release and freedom as the night is our playground

the day is for those who walk in the sun

And the night is for those who live for the darkness and freedom

The night calls and we follow
