Condition:  Human male arrived with Familial dysautonomia which is fatal and affects the patients internal body temperatures.

Treatment:  Formula 3x-4451 Schedule: the treatment schedule will include augmentation with the treatment grafting process and injections of the formula on a daily basis. Exposure to Fragi infused artifacts included in last week of treatment.

Outcomes:  Treatment only partial success in first rounds. Patient now has temperature regulation due to plant hybrid factor, but easy to overheat and will wilt and burn. Alternate plan will be initialized in 3 week. Subject grew in six now 8 ft tall and gained 50% more muscle strength causing extreme pain in subject. Patient experiencing memory loss and cognitive function loss, becoming more plant like. Added second phase of treatment early, patient has stopped growing with new treatment but has failed to self-manage temperatures now is heat sensitive and has an affinity for ice, keeping in cold room for now. Patient has lost most of their memory and functions, attacked guards today. Long term plan unknown.

Known abilities:  8x human strength, immune to cold, and most blade weapons. Damage from guns minimal, healing factor low to mid range. ability to sense attack before hit by 7 seconds in testing. 4x damage from flames or heat source. 

Current Status:  Patient was placed on remote observational island in arctic circle last tracking had him aboard a known Scribe freighter heading towards civilization. We will continue to monitor as needed. Updated status, patient is in the hands of Scribe leader, last encounter we failed to recapture, patient has body regulator suit to help with cold temperature requirements.
