This is what inspired me to write my poem about what it'd be loke to be falcon.

Oh, what it would be like to soar as a bird

Soaring away from all qualms, emotions, and no cool people or being a nerd

Oh, I long to have my own pair of marvelously feathered wings

I wish I had all the tranquility of not worry over all little things

Able to fly away from it all, and twirling and twisting in the wind

Not fretting about every insignificant thing, how many times he had sinned

The only the birds have to look out for are those pesky hunters and low-flying planes

The only thing that could get them downcast would be the usual rains

Being able to fly, fly, fly until it came time needing to rest

Keep flying since the time he first coasted away from the nest

Floating, twisting through the ever-changing breeze

Gliding, skimming just over the tops of the trees

Narrowly dodging the reaching boughs below

Feeling the rush of adrenaline zooming so low

Soaring on the backs of eagles gliding high

What would I do if I could no longer fly?

El Steveo

I browsed over your other poems after reading Into No Mans Land, and this caught my eye. Short and sweet, and well thought out, with a great poetic flair that is evident in all your stuff.
