LIFESONG

 

 And someone saidum

And there was a bingbangingroarmightyroaring

With planets varooming and comets kazooming

And whirling and twirling and spinningupspirals

And dinglingdangles and spingylingspangles

And searing and sizzling

And redredhot twizzling

 

And someone saider

And there was a gushrushingpouringoutfoaming

With fallingdown whooshings and throwingup hooshings

And fireflamingfuming and icycoldfreezing

And splitting and splatting and creaking and cracking

And bloodyhardboneing

 

And someone saidoh

And there was a cleaving and clutching and clamping

With heavings and humpings and slithery squealings

And uppingsanddownings and iningsandoutings

And goldenygreenings and purplybreathings

And leechings and leanings

And allinbetweenings

 

And someone saidhey

O I have it I've got it O bell start your ringing

With pinging and dinging and drummings and strummings

And poundingoutthoudings of ecstasyglorings

And flaggysallwaving and mammysallraving

And gunbangs all booming

And pinkymushrooming

 

And there was asilence
