Her eyes sparkled brighter than a Disney night, I failed to keep them bright enough....

Blue, bluer, and bluest eyes to ever fool my heart,

Stubborn pride left her eyes closed-full of tears,

She deserved all I had to hide.

I still remeber waking up with her drool on my shoulder,

Every morning a stain I want back,

Why did fear ruin what I needed to nurture?

Now, my wife, dog and cat are a memory,

Plants and flowers are my new dependants,

I need to replant my giving soul.

I bleed in regret, she dreams in RED....
