I long for the sea,

The sea where I belong.

But alas! These shackles,

Forbid me to look upon it, again.

This prison holds me,

Against mine will,

I am going mad,

Everyday ……..

……. Everyday.

A pirate I was,

A pirate I’ll ever be,

I sailed my great vessel,

For the love of the sea.

They clapped me in chains,

And butchered my mates,

I miss the ol’ times,

I wish I could live them again.

But it has to end one day,

For better or for worse,

We are but mortal men,

That is the beautiful curse.
