Another poem about the Kansas tornado

Howling and screaming of the giant roars

Leaving no spirits left to soar

Smashing everything in its sight

Leaving those left to fight

Innocent lives stolen with such ease

Leaving behind a prayer of please

Splintered homes and shattered lives

Leaving those left to thrive

Churches left in the rubble

Leaving those feeling quite humble

The giant tried to conquer

Leaving those wanting an answer

It did not succeed in its mission

Leaving lives with great passion

Brilliant! What else can I say. This was such a great tragedy, but your words bring hope.
