poem about a love lost resulting in broken heart

Looking out my window, on the sunny side,

just another Saturday morning, stuck inside,

remembering the last sunset we had together,

such pain and joy at once, it was hard to gather,

it was the last time we were gonna see eachother.

How i wished the time would stop,

but the world doesn't turn the way we want.

Now i pick my six string and strum my heart out,

that particular sunset was my heart,

it had set with your leaving car.

I said goodbye and goodluck, but didn't mean it at all.

You took my heart with your leaving car,

in desperation, i broke my guitar.

Everything has changed since then,

i have bought a new six string and a used up heart,

i tattooed a sunset where used to be my original heart.
