The Notion Of Love
Oh God forgive me if i get lost,
in the wilderness of love.
For its her dark hair that entangle me,
her bewitching smile that possesses my heart.
My soul rises every time I pray,
but love drags me afar.
Let me be a sinner if so,for they wont know,
This love shows me God in her face,I aspire for.
Love that sedates me to sleep, singing lullaby in my dreams.
My hearts beats a different rythm,
blood tinted with her touch of warmth
I am hypnotized by her innocence,
the sweet memory of her talk.
Can you grant me a boon,I earnestly beg Oh lord!
To thaw her transient beauty into an immortal charm,
So that she never ages at all. If not,
I willingly offer my head ,to execute my condemned soul;
love summons sacrifice ,I guess,but
make her beauteous like a rose!
