The desert's silent hurricane
The firestorm no one will remember
I pass through life with no name
I just wanted to matter to her
I used to scream your name as if you cared
You never even heard the mountains crumble
I still scream even though your not there
Crushing stone trying not to stumble
I shine brighter than the very sun
Yet she still doesn't see my light
I was always the strongest one
But with you I just can't fight
I don't know what to do anymore
But I know I can't live like this
My fire's dim and my body's sore
But I will let her know I exist
I will etch my name in the earth's face
She will know me and what I can do
If she asks why I destroyed this place
I'll say "I did it all for you."
