She feels like her thoughts are written all over her face.

Lies.

Suicides.

Yes, she wants to die.

The cuts.

And she feels like she's stuck.

Either no one notices, or no one cares,

But it feels like her secrets are always being shared.

She tries to hide it, she really does.

Yet her look always betrays her moods,

As she sulks, fumes and broods.

All she wants is to keep her secrets,

All she wants it for someone to care.

But no one hears that cry for help,

No one saw the cards that fate dealt.

But she hurts,

And she screams,

But still, no one notices me.
