At the wakening of the world
stood a man of great compassion.
He designed the parts of all our hearts
in the most unruly fashion.
He plunged the seas to level the land
plundered the land to sail the sea
And all the while
Wore a knowing smile
as he designed the fate of you and me.
Reason is knowing
as knowing is knowing naught
And is where all the seasons
formed to please him
where all the nothing wrought.
