Limbs on flames

Eyes ablaze

Stagger to aim

Stunned and dazed

Fists smashed, shins snapping

Deep gash on his face I’m seeing

Elbows slash, knees smashing

He bashes my head without wincing

Blood dripped into my eyes

In this ring, I could die

Forward I advance

To grab and seize this chance

I’ll be the Champion, one above all

Be mighty, be proud, stood tall

He comes, glowering in rage

Trapped in this ring, in this cage

I dodged from his cross

Like a pro, like a boss

I moved, countered in jabbing

His strength slowly I’m sapping

I moved, swinging in

My fist smashed his chin

He fell, crumbling down

The hall erupted in light and sound

The doctor came in

Amidst the cheers and the din

The referee raised my hand

Named me Champion of the stand

The belt he hand me

Its gold gleaming I could see

I raised it up in glee

For all to breathe and see

That I am the Champion
