"If you chose to smoke in the evenings, fine, good. But there is one rule you must follow in irder to avoid self loathing," Mr Brown was giving his class a speach, a few words of advice. And as he paused the students looked at one another with expressions which said, "this fine man is worth listening to."

"Always clean your table." He continued.

"Put your ingredients away, brush crumbs into the bin, buy flowers to sweeten things up. That is it, follow that one rule and you will have a nice balance, and balance is the secret to sanity."

Before his students could say anything, or applaud their wise and nobel teacher, Mr Brown turned his back to the class and began to play a delightful tune on his harp.
