To describe thy heavenly charm
I don't know how,
But this I do reaffirm
That fairest art thou.

Without little or any success
Words I do seek,
Not knowing how to express
The glow of thy cheek.

Not enough words can say
Of lips and thy eye,
Speechless am I to portray
Virtues that in you lie.

Thy speech seems the sweetest music to mine ears
And o'er nature casts a shadow when thou art in tears.
