don’t give me your coffee cup smiles

your naked lies

don’t give me your fake laugh eyes dull

can’t hear the risks I take

with my words

don’t give me backward glances

up down left right left

don’t throw your trash at me

don’t call me american

australian, italian, chinese,

french, british, latino.

don’t give me push or pull

lose your limbs

lose your frame of mind

lose your opinion

tennis courts burning

insects on show

don’t give me I love a sunburnt country

fuck patriotism fuck difference

fuck war murder medication

recreation preservation lies abomination

don’t be blown away don’t try to explain

stop thinking become real
