A girl loses someone she thought she didn't love.

Owls take flight

In the moonlit night

Singing their hunting song

Knowing where they belong

Sitting upon a cold stone

Depressed and all alone

She waits and she waits

Knowing its too late

His soul is completely shattered

Everything ripped and tattered

Lost forever to the other side

She wishes she could turn back the tide

So here she cries

Swallowed in her lies

As she holds the blade

Wanting no aid

The silver light glitters

Her eyelids twitter

Smooth as butter

She wants no other

He's dead and gone

She's all alone

With one last tear

And no fear

The blade slides in

This, my friends, is her end
