This is a Hakiu poem.

The hot sun has set,

The trees turn golden, red, and brown,

The shadows will come

The stars come into the sky

The owl calls softly

The moon comes out again

As the wind whispers

Goodnight, now night is here again

Aren't haikus supposed to have... error... 5-7-5 syllabic pattern?

My comment also. 5-7-5 is a Haiku.
