I don't really have a summary for this.
And, actually, I've written this poem like a year ago.

When I was trapped in darkness, He could always shed a light.
And when I was lost or alone, He gave me a new sight.
Selfless acts of kindness, He would never turn away,
He was always there to listen to whatever I had to say.
For every heartbreak He suffered and felt on my sins behalf,
For every frown and sadness He turned into a laugh.
For all the times I sat here with teardrops on my face,
He always managed to make me smile and chase them all away.
How should I thank someone for doing all these things?
How should I tell someone just what it truly means?
The answers to these questions I've tried so hard to find.
I want so much to know them before I'm out of time.
"Thank You," doesn't seem enough yet it's all I've got to say.
And yet, all He asked of me is to follow His leading ways.
So think of me each time you see an eagle cross the sky,
It'll be me soaring there, my soul now free to fly.
Once bound by sin and losing hope, my Saviour now lives in me.
Once bound by sin and losing hope, my soul is forever free.
