A peppercorn receives its full flavor by going by through the grinder. Let that be a reminder of when love puts our hearts through that same grinder!

A peppercorn receives its full flavor by going by through the grinder. Let that be a reminder of when love puts our hearts through that same grinder!

Like a Pepper Mill grinding
Black seeds into specks
That disperse when they fall
It is something so reminding
But complex
Of peppercorns as they sprawl
They're being used; they shall not loll

A little hardened seed comes down
Cascading as freshly fallen snow
So softly does it land
But it is so abound
After the grinder releases and lets go
And I'd say no longer bland
When fallen through someone's hand
