You can't know when you start out where you'll end up, but if you fly freely sing sweetly the journey shall be a pleasant one!

Who am I to say
which way the wind

shall blow?
Like a cock on a weathvane
in what direction
will the revolving arrow go?

Who am I to say
which way my path
shall bend?
Like a fork in the road
when the journey is diverging
oh where shall it end?

Who am I to say
which way that I
shall follow?
Like air under its wings
will I glide as gracefully
and sing as sweetly as the swallow?

Who am I to say
which way is meant
for me?
Like a child of God
he has turned me loose
and now has set me free!
