"Worrying Is So Tiring"
You can sit there and worry,
but that won't change a thing.
It will only drag you down
because worrying is so tiring.
Why don't you try to do something
different about the situation?
You'll gain a new perspective
if you see it in a different light.
It wouldn't feel so threatening
if you could only reason with it logically.
You should try to get the answers
to questions that are unknown.
Once you have the facts you can deal
with the reality.
It's when your mind eludes you that
you turn to fantasy.
And that fantasy is usually larger than life,
which only compounds your worry.
Turn your mind onto getting the facts right.

the thing I learned about worrying is not to worry there is always another day, in your life there would be approx. 60 to 80 times that you have to worry about things that has a simple solution. Jesus said that he took all our worries and sin to god for us to live in peace, so don't worry things always work them selves out.
