No one can help you if you don't help yourself!

You've an empty head to feed.
Your old wounds profusely bleed.

It was myself; didn't I extend?
You have to want it in the end!

You've your heart to protect.
I have lost all self-respect.
It was myself; didn't I extend?
You have to want it in the end!

You've your pride, no show of meekness.
You find need a sign of weakness.
It was myself; didn't I extend?
You have to want it in the end!

You've no one; you're such a loner.
I gave my heart, was an avid donor.
It was myself; didn't I extend?
You have to want it in the end!

You've yourself now to console.
But you'll never fill that empty hole.
It was myself; didn't I extend?
You have to want it in the end!

They say that love can cure all ails.
But each time for you it only fails.
You have to allow it in to mend.
You have to want it in the end!
