Breathing and Relaxation Exercises:

Whenever I am angry I either go to my flat , go for a walk on the peer  I sing bhajans (devotional songs),  do soham breathing by breathing through the nose and closing the other nostril and breathing through the nostril that I closed,  listen to music on my laptop, MP3 players, or my CD players or go to sleep.

By doing all these different exercise it makes me feel relaxed and after doing these exercises (not doing them all at the same time though). In about a couple of hours’ time I feel so relax and calm and can carry on with my life as normal.
