My View on Big Brother/Celebrity Big Brother:

This is my article about reality TV show Big Brother/Celebrity Big Brother.
Big Brother first aired in 2000 on Channel four hosted by Davina McCall. Celebrity Big Brother aired in 2001. The show was moved from Channel four to Channel five and was hosted by ex-Big Brother Winner Brian Dowling and then Emma Willis has been hosting the show for a while now.
Canadian comedienne Katherine Ryan describes Celebrity Big Brother as to where people who have been on TV once who cannot pay their tax bill enter a house until there’s a mass ritual suicide.
I dis watch Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother and saw normal people and celebrities behaving like absolute idiots and really embarrassing themselves.
In one series of Celebrity Big Brother the late Jade Goody, her mum, and partner as well as another celebrity in the house were extremely racist towards Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears of what they were saying and behaving round her.
My family members tell me to apply to go on the show. But to be honest why would I want to go on live TV and become famous by behaving like an idiot and embarrassing myself as well as putting my family reputation at risk. I really cannot understand why members of the public or celebrities want to put their lives and reputation at risk by going on this reality TV show where millions of viewers around the UK or the world to see make complete pillocks of themselves.
I have heard rumours that Big Brother/Celebrity Big Brother was being axed. I just hope they do one day we’ll have to wait and see won’t we!
