My View on Gambling:

This is my article on gambling.
Gambling is shown everywhere from betting shops, casinos, to TV shows. We all play the lottery, bingo, fruit machines or go down the betting shop and place a bet on which football team or horse will win. Some apply to shows such as Who Wants to be a millionaire? Tipping Point, and other shows like them.
Unfortunately by gambling it becomes an addiction that leads us into debts and relationship breakdown. In adverts such as Tombola and BetFred it always says “play responsibly”
In an Indian spiritual TV series Mere Sai Shraddha Aur Saburi which means My Sai Patience and Faith which is based on the life and teachings of spiritual being Shirdi Sai Baba. In one episode a devotee who gambles away his salary by playing cards with his friends puts his wife under a lot of stress. Eventually they go and meet Shirdi Sai Baba for help. Shirdi Sai Baba tells the devotee to build a house and out of cards and Shirdi Sai Baba knocks the house of cards the devotee has built. He then explains to the devotee that by gambling that he was not valuing his money or his wife. After listening to Shirdi Sai Baba the devotee makes a promise to him that he will not gamble anymore!
Whenever you gamble always think and play responsibly or else it could destroy you as well as your relationships with your loved ones too.
