Julianna's life is a tirade of anger and abuse, in the hands of a man whom is supposed to love her. It is overwhelming so for months she has planned to escape and she does. But what begins as a vovage of saviour turns into a relationshio that is so passionate, it shapes her for the rest of her life, and could the new love she finds be taken away by the same cruel hands that she had so long feared?

"As she ran along the water’s edge her feet were bare and reddening in the cool froth that pooled her ankles. As her feet fought hard on the soft sand, the rasping wheeze at the back of her throat and the burning in her lungs fought with her and the urge to sink to her knees was almost overwhelming. The waterline continually licked the vast expanse of the silver and gold sand; it was continual and steady much like the beating of her own heart as she raced quickly. As a desire that slowed her rasping breath, causing a pause in the midst of her running, focusing her gaze absolutely on not the progress of naked feet running along the shore’s water but a desire for freedom."
