DNA Dying

People say that
You have
your very own DNA
except for twins
and triplets
and everything else.

When you die
does it leave?
Does the DNA die
when you die?
Or do you die with it
or the other way
around?

DNA is with it
in your spit
in your brain.
In your
blood.
But when there isn’t
anything left
for you to go by

Where does the DNA go?

Does it vanish
with you?
Or do you vanish
with it?
