The Cage I Live In

What is routine?

Is it doing the same thing over and over?

Is it respeating the same actions a designated times?

Or is it a familiarity born of repitition?

For myself it is definitely the latter.

A place to go everyday, my own and yet not.

It is a place of comfort, if not in the physical sense.

Yet monotomy is not a favourable companion, and i find myself weary of its company.

Yet is seems to like me.

This routine, this repeating sequence of events, I find myself in is wearing me down.,

Yet a bright light shines in the distance, ever hopeful, ever waiting.

For once monotomy and i part ways, I will miss this tedium of routine.
