Fitness is something that once engaged, translates into other areas of a person’s existence. Fitness comes in various forms. Fitness can provide a personal challenge as well as a source of comradery. It can help a person develop new goals or serve as a vehicle to finally meet  old ones. It is more than just a craze or a fad. It is a way of  life.
