Do watch the dew drops from beyond your windowpane.
Stand among the sunbeams as they play a bit o’ rain.
Longer days bring buttercups, polliwogs and feathered songs;
Do enjoy the springtime, alas ‘fore it’s gone.
Do enjoy the gentle breeze, the swaying trees, the bumble bees
And walk among the flowers ‘fore the wakened trees have open leaves.
Warming days by cooler nights bring soft fervent kisses;
Do enjoy the springtime ‘ere more spring misses.
