This poem was inspired by my friend complaining about getting a blister from shoveling. I don't have a car, so I don't worry about shoveling snow.

Shoveling
is a grueling task
that one puts off
until needing use of the car.

Snow,
en mass in the driveway,
is proof of the power of
the collective.
The collective spite
against those with cars.
