I’m laying awake, even though I’m tired

Thinking over, my mistake, so fucking stupid I cried

I wish I didn’t say, what I did in the fight

I think, I may, have just thrown away my life

I can’t get you, out of my mind

Even though, you are, out of sight

I wish I could un-speak, all the words I spoke

Go back, and wrap my hands, around my own throat

I wish I could undo, all the things I did

Break, myself down, till my knees gave in

So hard I am, for you to forgive

My life, without you, not worthy to live

I am so sorry, all I’m asking for

Is 8 minutes, with my angel, to let her know
