Like a river we follow

Hoping to be lead to the ocean

Will the path to the ocean make us fresh?

Or will the road make us salty?

If we fail to reach the ocean

Then let every ounce of us fall

Become ground water, become a spring

And be lead to a well

Where others will drink us

In hopes of not only being hydrated

But also refreshed
