Walking alone down the same old street

Feeling heavier with every heart beat

My heart crying out from the pain of defeat

Stop crying I said, this war is far from lost

Don’t worry, we will reach the coast

No matter what it takes, whatever it will cost

I don’t need a daily reminder or a warning

I know it’s about time I stop my mourning

We will be fine; we just have to wait till morning

We might have lost, but we still have our pride

There is no shame, we don’t have to hide

We will always have our dreams by our side

So remember whatever we have to face

We need to stay steady and keep our pace

It’s not about finish first or second place

It’s about not forgetting our principles and code

Even if the world gets too dark and cold

It’s going to be fine at the end of our road

Don’t worry my friend it’s going to be okay

Hold on and wait for that beautiful day

Have faith and believe that we going there our way
