Friendship :)

Do you remember lying beneath the trees?

Feelings the warmth of the summer breeze

The world was out there for us to just seize

We laid down there just gazing at the stars

wondering if there is life out there on mars

We always believed that the night was ours

Tomorrow for us was always a second chance

I remember how we longed for our first dance

On our old photos I always take a second glance

Our faces was filled with that innocent smile

We didn’t care if we had to go that extra mile

We made sure that everything is worthwhile

What tomorrow holds, we didn’t really care

No matter what happened we were all there

All those beautiful moments that we did share

Do you remember how strong we did believe?

That we will all stay here and that we won’t leave

now as the tree begins to drops its last leaf

We sit beneath it us a reminder of our trip

And how we were blessed with our friendship

Our greatest gift, our own unsinkable ship

To the unknown with you I’ll always ride

Against the highest waves and mightiest tide

My friend I’ll always be right there by your side

so do you remember lying beneath the trees

Feeling the warmth of the summer breeze
