When my mind keeps things hidden from even myself, does that mean I've gone crazy? When it convinces me to believe that illusions are real, am I insane?

Deep within the barriers of my mind,
So many pathways, all dead ends.
There's locked doors, strange noises.
What lurks there?
So hidden that even I can not see,
Can not know what lurks in the shadows.
Confusing thoughts, images.
Perhaps my mind is creating a world of illusions.
