Fireflies.

I embrace the warmth,

Your body pressed close,

My eyes sparkle bright,

And yours do too.

We follow each other,

Through the air,

We light up your life,

With our fiery Blood.

Yet we are small,

We bring much happiness,

Illuminate your water,

Dull the stars above.

So sit near our pond,

We’ll fly around and smile so fond.
