In black and white it would be nice
To plain sight what exactly is right
And a name upon an appearance
All too done and said
Ones wishes to be known and shared
As they are amongst many at bay
An island at heart just may
May choose all trapped within
For the door fashions the lock of you
The key remains in your grasp
But to open it would lie awake
Everything that slept away
And all be a thought till now
With forced expectations and hope
It becomes alive and well
Too true it is all just a lie
But within the locks only to be
Never to leave without a key
Like the one in hand
That you cannot see
