This poem exhibits the imperative of making good friends and some attributes seen in an ideal two friends. Moreover it makes one comprehend the fact that during our life span many people will trod pass our hearts, few will remain forever yet the rest will be surely taken away by destiny.

Good Friends!
-Shaira Iqbal

Willingly or unwillingly
consciously or unconsciously
How wonderfully we encounter
How soon we enter
Many hearts
With new starts
we walk miles
hand in hand with smiles
bearing our happy faces
we make quick paces
with an air of familiarity
between us, we see the similarity
Sometimes this intimacy would disappear
Remember before picking your peers
that we each got something unique
for nobody is weak
never look down upon others
thinking that you are above the others
Good friends will always stay
beautifying your each day
some would simply say
a "good bye" and walk away
Let good friends become a part
for them make room in your heart
you'll be gifted with best reward
when you befriend with those who are close to our lord
Throughout your life journey
Be in the blessed company
