On a faith level so many moral dilemma's come my way, so often I make bold statements about my God & my faith ... and then He called my bluff... I took the challenge and didn't realise that it would mean EVERYTHING: "ALL"

Letting God be in charge…

It’s such a difficult thing to do!

Love, Trust and Obey,

Give Him His due.

When He asked me to give my all,

Willingly, as a trusting child, I said: “Sure!”

He replied with a smile and: “Thank-you.”

And began to make it true

Month by month He took my all…

Then alone and broken, I had to fall,

Crumble into a little ball

Realising what it meant: “ALL”

Humbled to a beggar’s kneel

Not knowing what to pray or feel

Only knowing His Love was real.

All that was left: His Word, my meal.

To that I clung, desperate.

That I read; starved.

That I drank; thirsty.

In that I have to believe; exhausted.

Now with His Word I wait.

In all His Words I hope.

After all, I willingly handed myself over;

Now God really is in control.
